Pilot programme terms
- The software is provided as is with no warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- The customer is responsible for their own deployment, infrastructure, and backups.
- The customer owns their data entirely because the vendor cannot read it.
- Either party can end a pilot at any time.
- Liability is limited to fees paid by the customer during the twelve months preceding the claim.
